All orders are shipped from Houston, TX. while orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Due to Covid-19 precautions, we do not have expedited shipping available at the moment.

Returns

Glass Cypress accepts returns on full priced items only. You must submit a request for return within 7 days of receiving the items(s). Item(s) must be sent back in original/sale-able condition. The item(s) must be not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors. Original packaging with tags still attached. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
